Meet the Biggest Loser Trainers
Put your sneakers on and start flexing Brisbane, Australia’s very own Biggest Loser trainers Michelle Bridges and Shannan Ponton are coming to Westfield Chermside at 2.30pm on Sunday 22 February.
Their visit, which is their only Queensland appearance, is for an in-centre signing of Michelle’s first book Crunch Time which is available for purchase on the day from Dymocks at Westfield Chermside.
Bridges’ fitness handbook is a must read, lifting the lid on the diet myths and providing her Biggest Loser expertise to shedding the pounds fast and for good.
“With every breakdown there is a breakthrough and my dedicated approach yielding quick results is reflective in the pages of Crunch Time,” Bridges says.
“Crunch Time is a fitness handbook that will push you to the very edge of your mental and physical fitness limits while also acting as a mentor and trainer throughout the enduring process.”

Located beneath the Chermside Apartments in Thomas St, Bella Cosi has a menu offering modern Italian cuisine.
Marketing manager Anne Marie Chelin said Bella Cosi offered premium quality meals at reasonable prices, with mains between $24 and $31.
Ms Chelin said she believed the restaurant’s quality-for-price would see it establish itself in a location other restaurants had tried and failed.
But Ms Chelin said she believed it would be a different story for Bella Cosi, with executive chef James Maclean bringing a substantial 13 years’ experience to the role.
“Of that, James has spent eight years working with Italian food,” she said.
Bella Cosi has been open since November and Ms Chelin said proving popular were the scaloppini al fungi (main $28.50) and the vanilla panna cotta (dessert $9.50).
“The other item that is very popular is our breakfast,” she said.
